• 3- or 4-years old on or before September 1.

Who Can Enroll

• Green Bay Area Public School District residents who meet income requirements – call for income guidelines (920) 448-2226.
• Families with foster care or kinship care.

What to Bring

• Certified birth certificate
• Immunization record
• Proof of income (check stub, 1040, W2)
• Proof of address

How to Apply

• Pick up an enrollment packet at the Green Bay Area Public School District Welcome Center, 232 S. Broadway St., between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Pick up an enrollment packet at your neighborhood elementary school during school hours, Froebel’s 4K office, 3542 Finger Rd., or at the Head Start Learning Center, 1150 Bellevue St., during school hours.
